How to Raise a Complaint

Last updated: October 2026

Every homeowner who contacts Episodeopens Mold Help should get a fair, honest experience. If something went wrong, tell us. This page covers how to complain and what follows. It is a general template, not legal advice.

Topics We Accept

You can write to us about:

  • Your experience phoning or contacting Episodeopens Mold Help
  • How your personal information was handled
  • Anything on this website that seems unclear or wrong
  • The conduct of a provider we connected you with

If the Issue Is With a Provider

Providers in our network are independent businesses. Each is responsible for its own estimates, pricing, test results, work and customer service. If you have a problem with work done in your home, the usual first step is to raise it with the provider directly and keep a written record.

Still, we want to hear about it. Feedback helps us keep the network honest, and providers who repeatedly fall short of our expectations may be removed. Note that Episodeopens Mold Help cannot settle contract disputes, issue refunds for a provider's work or make decisions on a provider's behalf.

Sending Your Complaint

Email contact@episodeopens.living and include:

  • Your name and how to reach you
  • The date you contacted us or the provider
  • The phone number you called or the form you used, if you remember
  • The provider's name, if you know it
  • A clear account of what happened and what outcome you want from us

After You Write

We will acknowledge your complaint by email, usually within a few business days. We will look into what happened, which may involve contacting the provider. Then we will reply with what we found and any steps we are taking.

Still Unhappy?

If our reply does not satisfy you, answer it and ask us to take another look. You can also contact your state's consumer protection office or attorney general, or your local Better Business Bureau. If your state licenses mold assessors or remediators, the licensing agency may be able to help too.
